  • Items used/damaged by customer are not refundable.
  • DVDs, CDs, and Tapes should be in their unopened plastic wrap.
  • Immediately contact Dar al-Kitab al-Arabi usa for directions if product received is defective or incorrect.
  • If a product is damaged by the shipper, immediately contact Dar al-Kitab al-Arabi usa for directions and preserve the damaged shipping cartons.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable both ways unless Dar al-Kitab al-Arabi usa sent a defective or incorrect order, or the products were damaged by the shipper.
