'Lifting the blame from the prominent Imams'. A work by Ibn Taymiyyah, where he raises issue of blame for prominent imams, with reasons for the difference of the notables in some branches of Islamic jurisprudence, but that should not detract from their values or beliefs. The instigation for this work was the blame being issued by some people to some of the nation's notables of violating some hadiths. Ibn Taymiyyah aimed to remove the blame and justify their position, to clarity the matter to people and show that the blame was false.
