«The First Book of Islamic Theological and Juristic Terminology», an early compilation of juristic themes with explanation and usage, by the Islamic scholar, jurist, grammarian and writer, Abu Bakr ibn al-Hasan Ibn Furak al-Isbahani (d.406/1015). Ibn Furak resided in Iraq and followed Shafi'i jurisprudence and Ash'ari doctrine. Including a critical edition and an introduction by Mohamed al-Sulaymani.
