Maliki fiqh by Ibn Rushd. This is a detailed commentary based on 'Mustakhraja al-Qurtub'. Ibn Rushd, an Arab from Andalusia, was a master of Islamic law, mathematics, and medicine. He wrote on logic, philosophy, theology, the Maliki school of Islamic law, psychology, political, Andalusian classical music theory, geography, mathematics, and the mediæval sciences of medicine, astronomy, physics, and celestial mechanics.
