An important book on Arabic language and rhetoric. The author, Sharaf al-Din, al-Husayn ibn Muhammad ibn Abd al-Allah al-Tibi (d. 743/1343), took important topics from grammar and rhetorical books and outlined so create clarity and enlightment for the reader. Al-Tibi was a prolific author and also an authority on tafsir and hadith.
