'Void', a novel in the Arabic language by Jordanian novelist and poet Ayman al-Otoom (b. 1972) (Atum, Otoum). The novel is in three sections, the 1st takes place in Jordan and deals with autism children. The second story is set in Syria and deals with the daily life of war. The third part bridges the first two sections taking place in Aleppo, Syria and Jordan, painting a picture of the refugees. A deep novel revealing bitter and sad realities of life.
